Because many of our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or created in limited quantities, we encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you have questions about a piece before ordering, please feel free to reach out.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible physical products within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of return approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Wild Sky Rising reserves the right to deny a refund if a returned item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or commissioned pieces
- Personalized items
- Digital products
- Astrology readings or consultation services
- Sale or clearance items
- Items returned in used, worn, or altered condition
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
