Processing Times
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Custom orders may require additional time. If an extended processing period is necessary, you will be contacted by email with an estimated timeline.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:
- Check with neighbors, household members, building management, or your local post office.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for additional information.
- Reach out to us if you need assistance.
While we will do our best to help, Wild Sky Rising is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
Customs processing may cause delays that are beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Wild Sky Rising is not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.
